June 12& 13, 2010- Come meet the artist, Morningstar, at the Institute for Native American Studies where she is June's Featured Artist of the Month.  She will be available during museum hours at 38 Curtis Road, Washington, CT.  Call: 860-868-1649 for additional information.

June 26 7 27, 2010 - Interpreter of pre-contact Algonquin village at the Institute for Native American Studies, Curtis Road, Washington, CT.  Information: 860-868-1649.


July 17 & 18, 2010 - Interpreter of pre-contact Algonquin village at the Institute for Native American Studies, Curtis Road, Washington, CT.  Information: 860-868-1649.

September 18, 2010 -
Mashuntucket Pequot Museum, Ledyard, CT.  1:00 pm-2:00 pm talk on Gourds: Seeds of Inspiration; Working with Gourds. 2:30 pm -3:30 pm gourd workshop (enrollment limited to 15 students).Those taking the workshop are asked to attend the presention first. Students will learn how to decorate a gourd with gourd dyes. $20.00 materials fee.  Contact 203-527-6322 for information.

November 6, 2010, UConn.  Gourd talk and workshop from 10:00-12:00.  (More information to follow.

2011 SCHEDULE
