My newest adventures in replicsting lace thanks to Jordan Straker's teaching video.  Our young women were sent to Quebec to be "civilized."  Among the skills taught was lace making.  Although this particular style of lace would not have been possible, it represents those times in our cultural expansion.  Carved bowl measures 8 1/2" wide and 7" tall.  Main colors are Sienna and white with black interior.  Gourd has been weighted for stability.
